Turf Monster Field Hockey Club is a premier field hockey training program based in Essex County, New Jersey. Turf Monster exists to grow the beautiful game of field hockey and provide training and instruction to players of all abilities. Turf Monster is committed to creating a fun experience for our players while also fostering the drive and commitment needed to excel.

Founder

Sarah Coe is the founder and executive director of Turf Monster Field Hockey Club. Sarah grew up in North Caldwell, NJ and was a four-year letter-winner at West Essex High School where she won a state championship. Sarah went on to play Division 1 field hockey at Cornell University where she was a four-year starter, captain and All-Ivy selection. Sarah is currently the head coach at Verona High School.
